About Us
EB TOPSoccer promotes the development of social skills, physical fitness and FUN through the joy of playing soccer and the thrill of playing a team sport. The emphasis is on meaningful participation rather than competition. East Bridgewater started TOPSoccer in the Fall of 2005 — 24 athletes with various special needs came from the 3 Bridgewaters, Brockton and surrounding communities. Today, over 70 families from 12 cities and towns have brought their children to play modified soccer games/social skills games with their volunteer junior coaches. Athletes have a volunteer ‘buddy’ coach on a 1:1 ratio where needed. Our junior coaches are typically Middle School and High School students from local schools and soccer programs. This is a GREAT volunteer opportunity for teenagers and adults who would like to share their love of soccer!

What is US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer?
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family. Massachusetts currently has several active programs around the State.
Because of the continued support of Mass Youth Soccer, East Bridgewater Youth Soccer and our many dedicated volunteers, TOPSoccer continues to be offered at no cost to the families who benefit from this wonderful program.
