NOTE: Spring travel teams are formed by a tryout process in the U12 and U14 age groups. The U10, U16, and U18 teams are selected by coaches, with assistance from the Board. U10 teams may roster 14 players, U12 teams may roster 15 players, and U14, U16, and U18 teams may roster 18 players.

EBYSA makes every effort to accommodate every player who wishes to play spring travel, however, the number of teams is dependent on the number of coaches who are available. Team placement is done by the South Shore League, according to past records, and number of teams for each division. EBYSA can make suggestions on team placement, but the South Shore League Board makes all final decisions.

Which league do want to play in?

Each league has certain objectives for the players. Read these descriptions below to determine which league is best for your child.

Fall Town League

The fall league is open to all children in East Bridgewater. It is a recreational soccer league for children of all abilities.

Fall Travel League

This is Cranberry League Soccer for boys and girls. It is a more competitive travel league in the fall. Players compete against other towns on the South Shore.

Spring Travel League

This is a competitive league played in the spring. Teams compete against other towns by age group and ability level.  There are numerous divisions in each age group for boys and girls. Coaches select the players based on ability, attitude, desire to play, and parental approval.

Instructional

This is a spring developmental league for all players in kindergarten to grade 3. Players who do not play spring travel soccer are encouraged to sign up for this league.
