EBYSA Updates Mailing List Instructions

Before following the procedures below, we recommend that you add updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org and notices@soccer.ebyso.org to your address book and/or your spam filter's whitelist.

Subscribing

  1. Go to your e-mail client.
  2. Create a new message and address it to updates-subscribe@soccer.ebyso.org.
  3. You will receive a reply from updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org with a subject of "confirm subscribe to updates@soccer.ebyso.org".
  4. Hit the reply button in your e-mail client, then the send button.
  5. You will receive another e-mail from updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org with a subject of "WELCOME to updates@soccer.ebyso.org". This verifies that you will receive all messages from EBYSA from now on.

If you send an e-mail to updates-subscribe@soccer.ebyso.org and DO NOT receive a reply from updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org, check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the message was accidentally moved there.

Receiving Messages

Messages will be sent out to the list whenever we have notices to send out to all parents and players. Messages will be sent from the e-mail account notices@soccer.ebyso.org, so be sure to add this e-mail address to your address book or spam filter's whitelist to ensure that you will receive any messages sent to the list.

The notices@soccer.ebyso.org address is only used to send out notifications, therefore please do not reply to messages since they will not be read or responded to. If you do have a question about something in a message you received, you should visit our contact us page and contact the appropriate person regarding your question (e.g. if a message contains information about registering for fall soccer and you have a question about registration, contact the league registrar).

Unsubscribing

  1. Go to your e-mail client.
  2. Create a new message and address it to updates-unsubscribe@soccer.ebyso.org.
  3. You will receive a reply from updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org with a subject of "confirm unsubscribe from updates@soccer.ebyso.org".
  4. Hit the reply button in your e-mail client, then the send button.
  5. You will receive another e-mail from updates-help@soccer.ebyso.org with a subject of "GOODBYE from updates@soccer.ebyso.org". This confirms that you have been unsubscribed from our updates list.
